By using Smart Bill, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Smart Bill is a billing, invoice and business-record productivity tool. It helps users create and manage customers, products, invoices, payments, reminders, reports and exports.
You are responsible for the completeness, accuracy and lawful use of all business, customer, product, invoice, price, discount, GST, tax, payment and recipient information you enter or share. You must review generated invoices, calculations, payment status and exports before relying on or distributing them.
Smart Bill is software, not a tax, accounting, financial or legal adviser. It does not determine whether a tax, rate, invoice format or business practice is legally appropriate. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and for obtaining professional advice when needed.
Smart Bill uses a local on-device database as its working source of truth. Existing local information can generally be viewed offline, and supported changes made during a temporary network interruption may synchronize later after Google Drive has been connected. Some protected business operations may require Google Drive authorization to be established first. You are responsible for protecting your device and access credentials.
You may choose to connect Google Drive for Smart Bill synchronization. Smart Bill requests only the private Google Drive application-data scope and stores app-specific snapshots in that area. Normal synchronization is passwordless and relies on access to your Google account.
Smart Bill uses a single-active-device model rather than real-time multi-device editing or record-by-record merging. A device comparison or controlled takeover may be required when changing or reconnecting devices. You are responsible for maintaining access to and protecting your Google account.
Google Drive and network availability are provided by third parties. Synchronization, restoration or permanent cloud archival cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or available forever. Keep independently exported copies of records when appropriate for your business or legal obligations.
Android system Auto Backup is disabled for Smart Bill private application data. Smart Bill's implemented Google Drive application-data synchronization is its supported automatic cross-device recovery mechanism.
Smart Bill may display banner, interstitial and native advertisements supplied through Google AdMob. Advertising availability and presentation may depend on third-party services, regional requirements and your consent or privacy choices.
PDF and CSV creation, WhatsApp, SMS and Android sharing are initiated by you. Smart Bill does not automatically send messages. You are responsible for choosing the correct content, destination and recipient and for completing the send action in the external application.
WhatsApp, SMS, Google Drive, Android sharing applications, storage providers and other third-party services are governed by their own availability, terms and privacy practices. Smart Bill cannot guarantee that a particular application, messaging service or recipient is available.
Smart Bill does not provide public cloud invoice hosting or temporary public invoice links. If you save or share a file using another application or service, that third party controls the resulting external copy.
We aim to keep Smart Bill reliable, but uninterrupted, error-free or loss-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change to improve reliability, security, compatibility, compliance or user experience. Third-party service changes may also affect available functionality.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from incorrect data entry, misuse, device failure, data loss, unavailable third-party services, failed synchronization, unintended sharing, advertising services, or failure to maintain appropriate records and exports.
These Terms may be updated as Smart Bill or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
