When synchronization is enabled, application data may be processed through Firebase services, including Cloud Firestore, to keep supported Smart Khata data synchronized between your authorized devices.
Data synchronization is used only to provide Smart Khata functionality and is associated with your authenticated account or workspace.
Smart Khata provides an optional Google Drive backup and restore feature.
When you authorize this feature, Smart Khata requests access to the Google

Biometric authentication is handled through Android's secure biometric APIs. Smart Khata does not receive or store your fingerprint, face scan, or raw biometric data.

Where deletion functionality is provided, users may delete supported records or backups from within the App.
